Only 14 school days left in the fourth term. Make sure that you are keeping up with all of your work and checking your marks on a regular basis to ensure you are caught up. I informed students today of missing assignments and reminded them of the importance of taking responsibility for their learning. To be honest it turned into a bit of a lecture which I really don’t like; however, I guess that sometimes it may be necessary.

- Tomorrow will be the last class to work on writing poetry. Please make sure that you have a sufficient number of poems composed so that you will be able to proceed with the Passionate Poetic Perspective Project on Thursday.
- Our Final Project Presentations wrap up tomorrow and then we will begin viewing an exemplary film to showcase an immigration story as a way of providing some insight on how the Immigration project could be approached.
- Your last reading response journal entry of the year is due this Wednesday June 2.

- A printed, second draft, copy of your short story is due for tomorrow. This must be done so that you will have time to proofread and edit your work. On Thursday you will have time to fix up any corrections or changes that need to be made as I have booked the lap top carts.
- Chapter 15 questions were due today though I received a very small number.
- We will continue the research on our final project tomorrow. Remember that you must be researching about the country or culture with relationship to one or two of the elements of worldview.
