7-01 & 7-07

  • Lifeskills 7-01 – Please remember to bring teen grooming advertisements (hair, skin, smell, etc) for our Life Skills class on Friday January 14.
  • Bring your Source activity advertisement, letter, receipt, etc along with a list of the things that you would be able to tell about the era, people, place, etc from the source. You should be able to come up with between 5 and 15 things. Think back to our discussion about the receipt from 1934 that we had in our class. This needs to be done and brought to class on Monday January 10.
  • Continue working on writing poems as I will be showing you the Passionate Poetic Perspective project next week. The more poems that you have written the more that you will be able to choose from.

  • You may want to do some research for the Collective Rights Injustice assignment over the weekend. You will be given time on Monday and Wednesday to do research and then I will mark this on Friday January 14 during class (Tuesday there is the second part of the Respect Ed presentation, and Thursday is an integration day). You will have then have Monday January 17 to Wednesday January 19 to work on the rest of the project. We will begin the presentations / performances on Thursday January 20.
