Tomorrow is Tabloid Day so make sure that you are dressed for the weather as it is supposed to be warm. This means a hat, sunglasses, sun screen, and even longer sleeved items for the morning.

- I know it seems like there is a whole bunch due on Friday but you have had three weeks to work on the draft of your short stories, the movie questions could have been done in class, and yes, the Debate/Conference research is now due for Friday May 13 too. Your group was to look at your province’s view on confederation (where they for it, against it, what did that want or not want, and why) and also how Confederation could solve some of the following problems
- Railway debts
- American military threat (Civil War, Fenian raids)
- Political deadlock
- Trade troubles (Corn Laws, issues with the US)
- British Colonial Office opinions on the expense of the defence of BNA

- What role should consumers play in our society? is due on Friday May 13. You were given about 40 minutes of class time and this should be ample to have completed a good portion of the assignment. Remember you choose how you use your class time.
