- There are still many of you forgetting to bring your books to class on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- You told me that you do not feel like you have the skills required to do research and present your findings. Therefore, I am going to work with you over the next little while to improve these skills so that you do feel comfortable doing some. We will look at: note taking, web based resources, boolean searching, presentation (PowerPoint type), and speaking skills. We will see how this goes.
- Remember that your first reading response journal is due this Thursday, October 27.
- We finished the CTBS testing for Reading Comprehension today and for those of you that are interested in finding out how you did please come and talk to me.
