- Work on your poetry. If you have not written much I encourage you to spend some time writing.
- Make sure that your group is where it should be for the “Truth and Torture” project.

- I was very disappointed that Miss Stell needed to talk to the class about their attitudes and how they will take them far or prevent them from going anywhere. This was done as a way of hopefully helping some of you realize how you are approaching your learning. It was a shame that she felt that this was the best way to spend her last class with you as today is her last day. I hope that some of you took this to heart and will seriously think about how you have been acting this year and encourage more of you to stand up and advocate for your learning instead of being a bystander.
- Narrative leads for your short story should already be finished
- Reading Response is due on Wednesday May 2
- Start working on Roles for Trial of Hernan Cortes – you will have the rest of this week to do that and possibly some time next week depending on how this week goes.
