- November Scholastic Book Orders are due on Monday November 19.
- Remember to check D2L for your online marks to see how you are doing, what you have done well on, where you need to improve, and what you have not handed in.
8-23
- Continue to work on the Italian City States project. You should now know the city-state that you are representing and therefore, can continue moving forward.
- Make sure that you are clear on the topic that you will be writing your persuasive essay on. You should also have the list of things that you would like to / need to find out about your topic.
9-27
- Please make sure to have your parents call the school tomorrow if you are not coming to school tomorrow because you are going to work with your parents or if you are just choosing to stay home.
- Continue to work on writing poems as you will soon be given the culminating project for this.
- Please make sure that your Bill to Law Process activity is completed for tomorrow.
Robotics 9
- It is great to see more of you enjoying working on designing, creating, appraising, and articulating on your “robots.” Remember that I have set things up so that groups can work at their own pace as some of you may rather design a couple of complex robots where as others of you may rather design numerous simpler robots. The only rule is that every time you start a new design you must go through the proper process. Also, you are now required to complete a self/peer evaluation each class and also a group work rubric.
