Robotics 8A
- Today we began the Robotics module by trying to design the fastest robot possible. We will continue this next class and then finish it by racing what we have designed.
Robotics 8B
- Today we began looking at 3D using the program Sketchup. You can download it here for free on both the Mac and PC platforms.
- I recommend that you try and finish the four tutorials that I shared with you before next class. However, if you are not able to then you will have time next class to finish them.
- Your first project will be to either create a personal accessory for yourself or else to duplicate and create a 3D digital version of an object you brought from home.
- I recommend that everyone brings an object from home so that you are able to decide which project you would like to take on.
Robotics 8C
- Today we began our programing module by creating an instruction list for a human to be able to complete a simple task. The problem is that the human only understands basic commands. Please try to finish this for next class though you will have a few minutes to do some last minute changes and test runs if needed. I was absent for this class so please email me if you have any questions.
Robotics 9
- We continued working on the EV3 checklists. Some groups are making some amazing progress and seemed to have figured out the basics.
