C & D – 7, 8, & 9
- I have spoken to the students about collecting the designing portion of their projects this week. The creating will be assessed after consulting with the students, as will the appraisal, and communication of their learning. I have discussed this approach with them as it is difficult in this environment, unless I have them document absolutely everything, to assess this without their support.
- I am impressed by the turn around of a number of the students with respect to learning instead of guessing.
- I appreciate the patience the students are showing as it is difficult with over 120 different project, close to 250 different students, and only one of me. I encourage the students to try and troubleshoot themselves first before asking me for support. There are also students in the class that may have answers, and by working together we can all support the learning.
