Construction & Design 7, 8, & 9
- Everyone is now either planning their independent project or have started to build it. As always some really cool project ideas and I can’t wait to see the progress that we make.
- Please remember that you must collect evidence of your learning every class and that you need to be documenting this so that it can be shared.
- Remember that you are welcome to come into the room to work whenever the lights are on as I generally am at the school by 7:50am and stay until at least 4:30. When possible the room is also open at lunch.
Life Skills 9-29
- We are continuing to explore Human Sexuality by examining different STIs. Students that were at school selected and began putting together a brief (no longer than 2 minute) presentation (June 1) that includes the following:
- What is it
- How you can get it / how it is spread
- Symptoms (including real photographs when possible)
- How is it treated
- Is it curable
- Short and long term effects
- Here is the link to the websites that I provided for you.
- These are the STIs that were selected. If you were away please find a partner and come and talk to me so that you can select an STI to examine as there are others that are not on this list.
