I would like to welcome Mrs. Veteikis as he will be joining our class every Monday and Tuesday for the remainder of the year as a student teacher from the University of Calgary.

- Continue thinking about your presentation for the Canada Fair. Make sure to work on all of the items we discussed in class. Remember the point of this is to try and convince others to move to your province or territory.
- Your first Reading Response Journal is due on Wednesday October 13. You have two weeks to work on this and refer back to your workshop duo-tang about how to approach your journal entries. There are a few hand outs in there as well as one workshop.
