- Today our Reading Response Journal entry was due. Your next response is due two weeks from today, Thursday November 10
- Since many of you seemed really excited about the possibility of doing some slam poetry I decided to show off some other examples. If you are interested just do a google search and I am sure you will find many more.
- Please finish the notes for pages 29-32 in the textbook for tomorrow, Friday October 28. Remember that we are doing this for the information but also to look at how we are taking notes and gathering information. I am going to show you a few tricks that will hopefully help you improve in these areas.
- We looked at and talked about good presentation skills and I asked you to create a list of “What makes for good public speaking” before we watched the videos and talked about it and after. We will be using this information tomorrow, Friday October 28, so please have it ready.
