- Continue working on your short stories as it is expected that you start doing some work at home as your time at school to work on them is not unlimited.

- Remember that there is no reading response journal due this week because of the start of the new term. Having said this though you will now have almost a month to complete your response and I am expecting that they are done well.
- If you did not hand in your Job Application for the Cortes Trial please get it into me by tomorrow as I need to sort through them to determine who will be hired for which jobs.
- You should have a good portion of your essay’s completed for Tuesday February 9. You have already been given one week to plan your essay, two weeks to do research, and we have no been working on the essay itself for about a week and a half. Please make sure you are working on these at home as well and that you are using all of the class time that you are given.
- Please think about the pop quiz that I gave you today regarding the Spanish worldview that is based from the textbook questions and the reasons that I gave it to you.
