7-13 & 7-16 – Documentary Props, Costumes, & Backgrounds

We have been working on these now for two weeks it is important to be using class time effectively so that everything is getting finished. You will have much of this week to finish what is required so please make sure that everything is ready to go for Friday February 26.

7-13 – Reading Response Journals

You have now completed two terms of doing reading response journal entries and you should have an understanding of what is expected.

I have been typing up your comments so that you can view them when you look at your marks online; however, I am concerned that many of you are not reading these comments as you are not coming to talk to me and many of your responses are not showing a great deal of improvement.

For each response you are given almost two weeks to gather your information and write your response. Many of the responses I have been reading seem very rushed and appear to have been done in haste. This is not acceptable and please remember that they count for 20% of your Humanities grade each term as I use them to both assess your reading and comprehension as well as your writing.
